Terms and conditions

This plan has a 12-month minimum term. After 12 months, it continues monthly until you give notice. Whole months are billed — notice given mid-month takes effect at the end of that billing month.

Your subscription

  • Your plan has a 12-month minimum term, then continues monthly on a rolling basis.
  • To cancel, give notice through your portal. Whole months are billed, so notice given mid-month takes effect at the end of that billing month.
  • A failed payment does not end your commitment. Your site stays live while we retry; unresolved non-payment may lead to suspension.
  • On cancellation after your term, your site runs to the end of your current billing month.

Your domain

Your domain is yours to keep. If you leave, you take your site and domain with you.

Acceptable use

Your site must not be used for unlawful or prohibited content. We may suspend a site that breaches this acceptable use policy.

Data processing

Where we process personal data on your behalf (your CRM leads, bookings and reviews), a Data Processing Agreement applies. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.

Your rights as a consumer

If you sign up as a consumer (for example, a sole trader), you have a 14-day cancellation right for digital services. You may consent to immediate access and waive that right — this consent is requested and recorded at checkout: “I consent to immediate access and understand I waive my 14-day cancellation right.”

The 12-month minimum term is shown plainly before you commit, and you must confirm you understand it. After your term, the rolling monthly contract is disclosed clearly and we remind you before it renews.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
